This hat is 100% duchesse silk ( this silk has a satin finish) and was a contest winner in the Kentucky Derby . It was on display for one year at the Derby Museum and it is now up for sale!
A copy of the certificate comes with the hat! Detailed with feathers and handsewn rhinestones with lovely silk and velvet flowers, it fits a 23 inch head size.
