This derby hat is composed of black woven “horsehair”. The base of its crown is encircled with satiny mint green ruffles. A soft yellow flower over a large gauzy black bow is its centerpiece. At the flower’s center is a sky blue crystal encircled by smaller translucent white ones. It is further accented by feathery lime green “leaves”.
