Made from an extraordinary blend of English Stinging Nettle (known for its soft fibers) and pure English wool, the cap is beautifully tailored. It was made from locally produced eco-friendly fabric of stinging nettles & wool by women working in their own homes in England under the design supervision of Jan Townsend.
The hat has a pretty white square button with a hand-painted picture of the stinging nettle and has a hand printed lining made by Jan herself.
