This flanged-brimmed hat is not for the faint-hearted!!!!! It is absolutely one of-a-kind. Enjoy life….. as you only live once. The hand-dyed colorful silk was felted directly into the hat.
It was hand-felted on a hatshaper fleece – wool combinations of 75% huacaya alpaca & 25% wool.
The colorful orange, yellow and blue trim on this hat is hand-dyed batik cotton fabric. As with all of my hats, stiffener is used on the inside only while the outside remains “alpaca fine” to the touch!!!
The head size is midway between medium and large: at 22.5" inches.
